Please note that to initiate a return, you must submit the relevant request within 14 days of receiving your order via the following link.

Please note that, between August 3 and August 19, return inspections may take longer than usual due to reduced operations at our logistics center during the summer closure.
We will do our best to complete the inspection and process your refund as quickly as possible.

You may only submit one return request per order (even if it includes multiple items from the same order).
Therefore, you must wait until you have received all the items ordered before submitting the request.

When the refund is processed, the return handling fee will be deducted.
