Please note that to initiate a return, you must submit the relevant request within 14 days of receiving your order via the following link.

Please note that, due to the summer closure and the reduced operations at our logistics centres, the inspection of returns and the subsequent processing of refunds may take up to 30 days from receipt of the returned item.

We will nevertheless do our best to complete the necessary checks and process your refund as quickly as possible.

You may only submit one return request per order (even if it includes multiple items from the same order).
Therefore, you must wait until you have received all the items ordered before submitting the request.

When the refund is processed, the return handling fee will be deducted.
