Please note that to initiate a return, you must submit the relevant request within 14 days of receiving your order via the following link.

You may only submit one return request per order (even if it includes multiple items from the same order).
Therefore, you must wait until you have received all the items ordered before submitting the request.

When the refund is processed, the return handling fee will be deducted.  For further details on this deduction, click here.

No deduction will be applied in the event of a return due to verified product defects or errors attributable to our Company.
The presence of any defects or anomalies will be subject to verification.

The relevant request must be submitted through the dedicated portal, accompanied by images of both the damaged item and its internal and external packaging.

Canada only: returns include a full refund of products and all taxes and duties paid at checkout.
