Refund policy
RETURNS
Only one return request is allowed per order containing several items.
It is therefore necessary to wait until you receive the entire order (even several shipments) before proceeding to enter the return.
To request a return, please complete the return form within 14 days* of receipt of the order.
*For orders placed in August and December, the return time is extended to 30 days.
Once you have entered your request, you will receive an email with the label and instructions for arranging collection.
If you do not receive it, we suggest that you also check your junk mail box and contact customer service if necessary.

When issuing a refund, the costs for handling the return will be deducted. For more details on fees, click here.
Please note that we will not charge any deductions in case of faulty returns and for errors attributable to our company.
